Who we are

This website is operated by Jubilant International, a sole proprietorship that markets hygiene-automation products under the brand Safe Seat Hygiene ("we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

  • Principal place of business: 3rd Floor, 307, Plot 118/120, Nainkrupa, Kazi Sayed Street, Khand Bazar, Masjid Station, Mandvi, Mumbai City, Maharashtra 400003, India
  • Email: info@jubilantinternational.in
  • Phone: +91 7400060111 / +91 8879019145

This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website, why we collect it, the lawful basis for processing it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have as a Data Principal (the individual the data relates to).

What personal data we collect

We only collect data you choose to give us, or that is generated when you use the site:

  • Information you submit through our forms — when you book a demo or contact us: your name, company name, designation, email address, phone number, the industry you select, and any message you write.
  • Communications — records of your correspondence with us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Technical and usage data — limited information your browser sends automatically (such as IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed). See our Cookie Policy for detail.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive information through this website, and we ask that you do not include such information in free-text message fields.

Why we use your data, and our lawful basis

Under the DPDP Act we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, or for certain legitimate uses permitted by the Act. Specifically:

  • To respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct a product demonstration, and prepare a quotation (consent / to take steps you have requested).
  • To provide, install, and service products and answer support requests (consent / performance of our dealings with you).
  • To send you information about our products and offers, where you have asked for this or where permitted (consent; you can opt out at any time).
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website (legitimate use).
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims (as permitted by law).

We process your data only for the purposes for which it was collected, or a purpose reasonably connected to it.

How we collect consent, and how to withdraw it

Where we rely on consent, we ask for it through a clear, specific request at the point of collection (for example, a tick-box on our demo/contact form), accompanied by a plain-language notice. Your consent is free, specific, informed, and unconditional, and limited to the purposes stated.

You can withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawing it is as easy as giving it. To withdraw consent, email us at info@jubilantinternational.in or use the contact details above. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and we may still retain data where another lawful ground or legal obligation applies.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers (Data Processors) who help us run our business under contract — for example, our website hosting provider and our email service. They may process your data only on our instructions and must protect it.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or regulators where required by law.

Transfers outside India

Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we do so in accordance with the DPDP Act and any restrictions the Government of India notifies on transfers to particular countries.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, after which we delete it. Demo and enquiry data that does not become a customer relationship is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us; customer and servicing records are kept for the duration of our relationship and for up to 8 years thereafter, as required for tax, warranty, and legal purposes. When the purpose is served, your consent is withdrawn, or you have not engaged with us within the retention period, we erase your personal data (unless we must keep it by law).

How we protect your data

We take reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including access controls, encryption of data in transit, and limiting access to staff who need it for their work. In the event of a personal data breach, we will act in accordance with the DPDP Act — including intimating the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals within the timelines and in the manner the law requires.

Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • Access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
  • Correction and updating — ask us to correct, complete, or update inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data where the law allows.
  • Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us about how we handle your data (see below).
  • Nominate — nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the next section. We will respond within the period prescribed under the DPDP Rules. We may need to verify your identity first.

Grievance redressal / contact for data matters

If you have any question or complaint about your personal data, contact:

  • Grievance Officer: Safe Seat Hygiene (Jubilant International)
  • Email: info@jubilantinternational.in
  • Phone: +91 7400060111
  • Address: 3rd Floor, 307, Plot 118/120, Nainkrupa, Kazi Sayed Street, Khand Bazar, Masjid Station, Mandvi, Mumbai City, Maharashtra 400003, India

We will acknowledge and address your grievance within the timeframe required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children's data

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of children. Where we become aware that we have, we will delete it. We do not undertake tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.
